Skin Care For The Ages-30's

The question I often hear is, "I am this age, what should my skin care regimen be?" For the next few weeks we are going to discuss skin care for the ages 20's, 30's, 40's & 50's, and 60's & 70's. So let us continue with the 30's.

In the 30's the skin begins to change. The skin produces less oil and may become drier and lines of dehydration become prominent. The accumulation of sun damage can begin to come to the surface in the form of fine lines and wrinkles especially around the eyes as well as age spots and discolorations. Since the skins cell turnover can become slower the appearance of the skin can become "pasty" with less of a rosy glow. Pregnancy, and hormonal changes can cause melasma, uneven skin tone, and tired looking skin. (Note: If going through hormonal changes or pregnancy wearing the proper sunscreen daily can prevent the melasma from coming forward or make it not as severe) Start to protect the skin and prevent further issues.

Get into a monthly facial routine to deeply clean, exfoliate, and brighten skin. A monthly facial routine will prevent aging and give skin its glow back all the while helping your home care products to work better.

1 Cleanse the skin with a cleanser that contains glycolic and lactic acids as this will help with cell turn over rate and give the skin a deep cleansing while brightening.

2 Tone (after cleansing the skins pH changes and toners help to balance out the pH in the skin) using a brightening but toner is important because this will help to give the skins glow back.

3 Restore Using a Vitamin C Serum Day and Night which will protect against free radical damage, even skin tone, stimulate collagen production, and suppress future pigmentation.

4 Protect (After Cleansing and toning it is important to moisturize and protect the skin with an SPF 30) This step is very important because 90% of skin aging is due to the sun, free radicals, and pollutants.

Fluoroxygen+C- Sun damage and hyperpigmentation correction eng

Fluoroxygen+C is a multidirectional treatment for skin discoloration and photo damage. It lightens visible epidermal layers, while regulating melanin production in the deeper dermis.
